Abstract
Specific assay of free urinary cortisol is difficult. Only high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) is suitable for this problem but requires pretreatment of urines. Seven protocols of purification are compared and a routine method is proposed. Performance of this is evaluated and discussed in patients with corticoid therapy.Entities:
