A special form of constitutional narrowness of the cervical vertebral canal with thickened and hyperdense cortical bone of the posterior arch (osteopetrosis tardiva?).

The author describes a constitutional narrowness of the cervical spinal canal which is characterized by thickening and hyperdensity of some parts of the posterior arch of the cervical vertebrae. He proposes the hypothesis of a special form of osteopetrosis tardiva (Albers-Schoenberg).
