Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Early life bronchiolitis has been hypothesised to be associated with the subsequent risk of persistent wheezing or asthma. However, the link remains controversial. The objective of our study was to evaluate the association between bronchiolitis before 2 years of age and the late-onset wheezing/asthma.Entities:

Figure 6Funnel plot of publication bias for the association between bronchiolitis before 2 years of age and the subsequent development of wheezing/asthma. The horizontal axis represents lnRR and the vertical axis means the SE of lnRR. Vertical line and sloping lines in funnel plot represent summary RR and expected 95% CI for a given SE, respectively. RR, relative risk.
