Abstract
The diagnosis of colovaginal fistula with the traditional methods of contrast enema, sigmoidoscopy, and vaginal speculum examination can be problematic. Precise identification of the pathologic anatomy underlying the colovaginal fistula can be obtained by simultaneous flexible fiberoptic vaginoscopy and colonscopy.Entities:
