Abstract
The study investigated the relationship between the occurrence and intensity of nailbiting in a Turkish student population and the association with questionnaire measures of oral aggression, trait anxiety and intropunitive and extrapunitive hostility. The results indicated that the most consistent trait associated with nailbiting was oral aggression. Taken together with other previous research these findings are thought to offer some support to the construct of oral personality.Entities:
