Abstract
We herein describe a case of adrenal hemorrhage on the right side in a forty-five-year-old woman. Her medical history did not show any evidence of an acute bleeding. The hematoma was removed and adrenalectomy performed. A veinectasis and a localized vasculitis are discussed as causes of bleeding.Entities:
