Abstract
We present two patients in whom an aesthetic and functional vagina was re-created using a perineal artery axial flap, based on the terminal vessels of the internal pudendal artery. This flap provides thin, supple skin for reconstruction of moderately sized vaginal defects leaving a minimal donor defect.Entities:
