Abstract
Seizures were observed following the withdrawal of mianserin 60 mg/day for 2 years. To our knowledge, this is the first report of convulsions after suspension of an antidepressant. This phenomenon was observed in a young woman (with no history of epilepsy or other organic diseases that may induce seizures) 10 days after abrupt discontinuation of long-term treatment with mianserin.Entities:
