Abstract
DNA nanoswitches on cell surfaces could respond to changes of pH under physiological conditions by switching from a three-chain structure to a double-chain structure, thus connecting another set of cells modified with complementary single-stranded DNA. This pH-triggered cell communication offers a promising approach for cell-based therapy under a tumor microenvironment.Entities:
