Abstract
Urine and serum monoclonal antibody pregnancy tests are easier to use than latex agglutination-inhibition slide tests. Their more selective binding properties allow detection of low levels of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the urine and serum. These tests approach the accuracy of serum beta-HCG radioimmunoassays for confirmation of normal pregnancy or evaluation of possible abnormal pregnancy.Entities:
