Abstract
Under chronic inflammatory conditions, T and B cells are frequently found in nonlymphoid tissues. We recently identified a follicular helper-like T cell population in inflamed lung tissue, which drives the local differentiation of antigen-specific B cells into germinal center-like cells and plasma blasts. Here, we describe a lung inflammation mouse model, which is ideally suited to analyze antigen-specific T and B cells in secondary lymphoid organs and inflamed nonlymphoid tissue in parallel.Entities:
