Abstract
BACKGROUND: Thoracoscopic bilateral dorsal sympathectomy is the standard of care for primary palmo-axillary hyperhidrosis. This study aims at studying the surgical outcomes with special emphasis on the incidence of compensatory hyperhidrosis (CH) after thoracoscopic dorsal sympathectomy.
