Comparison of pain level (numerical pain scale of 0–10)
| Group | Pain level before injection | Pain level at 7 days after injection | Pain level at last visit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mean (SD) | 7.09 (0.84) | 1.39 (1.51) | 0.96 (1.36) |
Compared the pain level at 7 days after the injection and pain level at the last visit with the pain level before injection, p <0.00005 by paired t-test.
Compared the pain level at the last visit with the pain level at 7 days after the injection, p < 0.01. SD: standard deviation.
