Abstract
Two cases of posterior fossa hemorrhage in full-term newborns are presented. Because of possible sonographic misinterpretations computer tomographic (CT) scans are advocated for a reliable diagnosis. Regarding the management of the primary hemorrhage as well as the posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus a conservative approach is recommended.Entities:
