Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Laminoplasty is a method used in spinal intradural tumor surgery to reduce the possibility of iatrogenic deformity. In classic laminoplasty, the interspinous, supraspinous, and ligamentum flavum integrity may be impaired, thereby creating a risk of deformity despite the laminoplasty.
