Coaxial technique for CT-guided biopsy of deep retroperitoneal lymph nodes.

Computed tomographic (CT)-guided fine needle biopsy of retroperitoneal lymph nodes in very obese patients may be technically difficult. A simplified coaxial method of needle insertion similar to the method used for coaxial lung biopsy techniques is described.
