BACKGROUND: Non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) is defined as the persistence of symptoms in individuals with celiac disease (CeD) despite being on a gluten-free diet (GFD). Neurologic symptoms include: Headache (n = 6), blurry vision (n = 1).
