Abstract
The management of pancreatic adenocarcinoma remains an area of controversy and ongoing discovery. Despite advances in surgical and radiation techniques, as well as chemotherapeutic agents, outcomes of patients diagnosed with this devastating malignancy remain poor. This article aims to review the available literature evaluating the efficacy of adjuvant, neoadjuvant, and definitive radiation therapy. We will also highlight areas of ongoing research efforts being carried out to improve outcomes in this patient population.Entities:
