Abstract
Periurethral lesions are common in post-menopausal women. The differential diagnosis includes urethral caruncle, urethral prolapse, urethral diverticulum and the notorious urethral malignancy. Non-invasive squamous lesion of the urethra is rare with limited data on clinical significance. We present a case of urethral squamous papilloma in a premenopausal woman causing significant storage and voiding symptoms.Entities:
