Fig. 1New participants who were invited to take the survey, screened, assessed, and referred to UCDH Medical Staff Well-being Committee’s Wellness Survey program from February 4, 2013 to March 22, 2019. Although there were 639 completed surveys, 100 responses were excluded from analysis either because they were identified as invalid as they did not identify as a resident, fellow or faculty member (72), or there were multiple entries for the same username at different time points (28). In that case, only the most recent response was included in the analysis. The total number of valid surveys is 539
