Multivariate logistic regression analysis was carried out with age, body mass index (BMI), serum C‐peptide immunoreactivity (CPR) index and cardio‐ankle vascular index (CAVI; all of which showed significant differences in univariate analysis) and the duration of diabetes, which was predicted to be a risk factor based on previous studies.
Statistical significance (P < 0.05).
