Abstract
Cystic disease of the lung should be considered in the differential diagnosis of any patient presenting with respiratory symptoms. The most important aids available to the thoracic surgeon for the evaluation of cystic disease are history, physical examination, and chest radiograph. Confirmation of diagnosis often requires computed tomography, pulmonary and thoracic aortic angiography, and upper gastrointestinal barium series.Entities:
