Abstract
An experimental study investigated the relative healing properties of the unprepared right and left colon of the baboon. Colonic healing was assessed in three ways: anastomostic leakage, hydroxyproline concentration and breaking strength. The results suggest that healing on the two sides of the colon is similar.Entities:
