Abstract
A new method for reconstruction of the penis using an inferiorly based rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap is described that seems to be particularly suitable for immediate one-stage reconstruction. Function of the residual portion of rectus muscle is preserved, and the abdominal wall is not significantly weakened.Mesh：
