Abstract
Hydrocephalus with spinal subarachnoid obstruction is rare, and its cause is obscure. Two such patients are presented. The pathophysiology is reviewed. Spinal absorptive pathways for cerebrospinal fluid are postulated to play a critical role in such cases.Entities:
