Abstract
Mitochondria damage exacerbates NAFLD through trigerring AIM2 inflammasome activation and hepatocyte pyroptosis. This study provides novel insights into the underlying mechanisms of mitochondrial DNA synthesis in NAFLD and also suggests potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of NAFLD.Entities:
