Mehmet F Kıncı1, Burcu Kasap1, Ahmet A Sivaslıoğlu1.

Abstract

Background: Ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) is an oxidative stress marker used to assess the presence and severity of oxidative stress. This marker was first used for early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia. Materials & methods: A variety of IMA studies were carried out to show the effect of oxidative stress on gynecological disorders.
Conclusion: This analysis summarizes the literature by conducting electronic research on the relationship between IMA and gynecological disorders.
