Abstract
A case of acute anterior myocardial infarction in a 16-year-old boy who suffered electrocution is described. In spite of extensive electrocardiographic changes of transmural (Q-wave) infarction, left ventricular function was preserved well. Coronary angiography subsequently revealed normal coronary arteries.Entities:
