Abstract
Currently, immunotherapy is not effective for all cancer patients, partly due to an inability to mount sufficient tumor-specific T cell responses. Here, we highlight a recent study by Lhuillier et al. demonstrating that radiation potentiates neoantigen expression, eliciting CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses and tumor growth control in mice.Entities:
