Abstract
Gentamicin-induced nephrotoxicosis developed in a mature Holstein cow without evidence of preexisting renal disease. Factors possibly predisposing to the nephrotoxicosis included coadministration of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and severe gram-negative bacterial sepsis. The cow recovered after prolonged hospitalization.Entities:
