Abstract
Comprehensive health care requires the collaboration of several health care disciplines and perspectives. Physical medicine and rehabilitation, with its explicit emphasis on the candidate's physical, psychosocial, and emotional well-being, understandably has depended on a team arrangement from its very beginnings. In spite of its shortcomings, a team approach, guided by well-formulated moral policies, provides ample opportunities for the rehabilitation candidate's best interests to be served.Entities:
