Abstract
The stability of the precorneal tear film as inferred from the tear thinning time (TTT) appears to vary over a single 12-h period. The form of this variation is subject dependent. For the average patient the stability is low early in the morning, and tends to rise to equilibrium level between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon.Entities:
