Abstract
BACKGROUND: Children's hospitals often do not have a high enough volume to justify providing radiologist staffing overnight, leading to hospitals employing teleradiology services to offer preliminary reports. There is limited literature related to discrepancies between preliminary teleradiology pediatric radiologists and final interpretations.Entities:
