Abstract
The position of the auditory pathways in the human corpus callosum has not been defined by modern imaging techniques. We report a case with a discrete hemorrhagic lesion in the posterior body of the corpus callosum. The only signs of disturbed callosal function were limited to the auditory system--suppression of left ear stimuli with dichotic listening and neglect of left-sided auditory simultaneous stimuli.Entities:
