Abstract
Cellular protein in the presence of elemental sulfur is determined by the Folin reagent after treatment with benzene. Using this procedure a generation time of 46.2 +/- 4.2 h was observed for Thiobacillus acidophilus grown on elemental sulfur.Entities:
