Abstract
We have described the clinical, angiographic, and pathologic features of a case of unilateral pulmonary venous obstructive disease that followed a baffle repair of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. Management consisted of resection of the affected lung. The patient is doing well ten years later.Entities:
