Abstract
Eosinophilia as a manifestation of coccidioidomycosis may be found in blood or cerebrospinal fluid. We report on a case of coccidioidomycosis with pleurisy, skin lesions, and meningitis with concomitant striking eosinophilia in both blood and cerebrospinal fluid that resolved promptly after amphotericin B therapy was started.Entities:
