Abstract
We report 3 cases of abdominal malignancy with urinary tract obstruction and pyelosinus extravasation. Urinomas were present in 2 cases. The computed tomographic findings are emphasized, including the distribution of the extravasated urine reflecting the partitioning in the perirenal space. The cases presented within an eighteen-month period suggest pyelosinus extravasation and urinoma formation may not be uncommon in malignant disease affecting the retroperitoneum and pelvis.Entities:
