Abstract
OBJECTIVES: Incisional hernia is a common problem after colorectal surgery, and a laparoscopic approach does not reduce the incisional hernia rate. Previous reports have described the risk factors for incisional hernia; however, the impact of suture materials remains unclear. As such, this study compared the incisional hernia rate using different suture materials for abdominal wall closure after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Entities:
