Abstract
Selective 1D TOCSY is a powerful tool in the assignment of NMR spectra of organic molecules. Here an order of magnitude improvement in selectivity, allowing overlapping multiplets to be excited separately, is achieved in a single scan using the very recent GEMSTONE method. The new experiment is illustrated using an antibiotic and a mixture of diastereomers.Year: 2021 PMID: 33533774 DOI: 10.1039/d0cc08033k
