Abstract
During the past three decades, the world has experienced many clinical and public health challenges that require implementation of practices and policies informed by an understanding of social determinants of health and health inequities, but perhaps none as global and pervasive as the current COVID-19 pandemic. In the context of this special themed issue on Social Determinants of Health and Implementation Research: Three Decades of Progress and a Need for Convergence, we highlight the application of social determinants of health and implementation research on various aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic.Entities:
