Abstract
A young male who presented with atypical chest pain was found to have a primary cardiac tumor. Chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, and echocardiographic findings can be nonspecific. Differential diagnosis and the role of different diagnostic modalities including echocardiogram, computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are discussed.Entities:
