Complicated fractures of the neck of the talus.

Abstract

Seven patients with a complicated fracture of the neck of the talus were followed up by a clinical and radiographic investigation. One had an excellent result and four had good results. Four developed avascular necrosis of the body of the talus and the treatment of this serious complication is discussed.
