Abstract
Large-scale mapping of protein structures and their different states is crucial for gaining a mechanistic understanding of proteome function and regulation. In this issue of Cell, Cappelletti et al. achieve such a feat and identify hundreds of protein structural changes in response to outside stressors, providing a rich "structuromics" resource characterizing cellular adaptation.Year: 2021 PMID: 33482097 DOI: 10.1016/j.cell.2020.12.030
