Abstract
Brain tumours are the commonest solid neoplasms in children, accounting for one quarter of all childhood cancers. Our growing knowledge of basic developmental mechanisms has significantly contributed to understanding the pathogenesis of these tumours and is beginning to impact clinical decisions on how children with these diseases are treated.Entities:
