Abstract
Two hundred microvascular free flaps which were carried out over a period of 13 years 3 months have been analysed from various points of view. Overall survival rate was 94.8% and incidence of re-exploration was 6%. The conclusion obtained from this survey is very simple, namely, the most important factors for successful free flap transfer are a good anastomosis and a reliable flap monitoring system.Entities:
