Abstract
Physicians who provide care for mentally disabled patients are often confronted with perplexing decisions involving sexuality, contraception and marriage. In the face of uncertainty, the physician may take the path of least resistance, which may not be the best solution for the patient. For example, it is not widely known that marriages among mentally retarded individuals can provide stability and considerable satisfaction.Entities:
