Spontaneous closure of grade IV coronary perforation.

Vivek Singh Guleria1, Prafull Sharma1.

Abstract

Previous coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) is an independent risk factor for coronary perforation (CP) during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) because of complexity of the cases. However in patients with prior CABG surgery, cardiac tamponade is rare because of local or regional pericardial adhesions. © Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons 2020.
