Intravenous rattlesnake envenomation.

Abstract

Intravenous envenomation by North American rattlesnakes is an uncommon occurrence, but a true emergency. In three documented, successfully resuscitated cases, the mainstay of treatment was the immediate intravenous administration of antivenin.
