Abstract
Three patients who developed mediastinal sepsis and sternal dehiscence after coronary artery bypass grafting were treated by closure of the wound using bilateral pectoralis major muscle flaps. Excellent cosmetic and functional results were obtained and morbidity was reduced.Entities:
